The submission kit fee (covering the box, materials, and prepaid return postage) covers costs committed specifically to your order once the kit has been prepared and dispatched, and remains payable if you decide not to proceed after receiving your second invoice. Books, collages, and prints are made specifically from your submitted artwork and are personalised for you. As these products are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, the standard 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases does not apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly produced, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. This will usually involve a repair or replacement (with reprinting and redelivery typically taking 1–3 weeks). Where a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may have further remedies available, including a price reduction or refund, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
