Can I order more than one box?
One box will likely be enough, however you can absolutely order more than one box if you wish to send items separately
What if I send more artworks than mentioned on the submission form?
Do I get my child's artworks back?
That's absolutely fine! We'll calculate the second invoice based on the number of artworks.
Unless you tell us otherwise, we will always send back any art pieces you have sent us.
Can I only send drawings or other items too?
You can send us anything that fits in the box. If an item is bigger than the box, you can send us a photo instead.
Can I have the artworks in order?
Yes, the box comes with watertight bags and label stickers

We'll send you a box to fill with your child's most treasured masterpieces. If it fits in the box, we will use it!

A second invoice will be sent when we receive your artworks, based on the number of pieces you've sent.

Each art piece will be professionally photographed and edited to remove imperfections, wrinkled paper or shadows. A digital draft will be sent for review.

Once the draft is approved, your keepsake will be printed and sent back to you to enjoy!
